Gemäß Artikel 66 Absatz 5 der Verordnung über Märkte für Krypto-Werte („MiCAR“) ist Zodia Custody verpflichtet, Informationen zu bestimmten nachhaltigkeitsbezogenen Aspekten im Zusammenhang mit ihren Dienstleistungen zur Auftragsausführung offenzulegen. Dies umfasst insbesondere die Veröffentlichung von Angaben zu den wichtigsten nachteiligen Auswirkungen auf das Klima sowie zu weiteren umweltbezogenen Risiken, die sich aus den Konsensmechanismen der betroffenen Krypto-Assets ergeben.
