Since 12th December 2025, Zodia Custody (Europe) S.A. is authorised and regulated as a crypto-asset service provider by the Luxembourg CSSF. Zodia Abu Dhabi, operating as Tungsten Custody Solutions Ltd (ADGM, Company No. 13952) is regulated by the ADGM FSRA. As of the date of preparation of this website, neither Zodia Custody Limited, Zodia Custody (Singapore) Pte Ltd, Zodia Custody Australia Pty Ltd, nor any of the Services are subject to authorisation by any Authority with responsibility for financial services.

United Kingdom
Zodia Custody Limited (“Zodia Custody”) is registered in England and Wales with company number 12418687 and its registered office address is Zodia Custody Ltd, 1st Floor, 6 Eastcheap, City of London, London EC3M 1AE, United Kingdom. Zodia is registered with the United Kingdom Financial Conduct Authority with Firm Reference Number 928347 under the Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations 2017 (as amended) in respect of its activities in cryptoassets. The Financial Ombudsman Service or the Financial Services Compensation Scheme do not apply to Zodia’s cryptoasset activities.
Europe
Zodia Custody (Europe) S.A. is authorised and regulated as a crypto-asset service provider by the Luxembourg Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier under the number N00000006, and registered with the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register under register number B289268.
United Arab Emirates
Zodia Abu Dhabi, operating as Tungsten Custody Solutions Ltd (ADGM, Company No. 13952) is regulated by the ADGM FSRA with Financial Services Permission Number 220129.
Hong Kong
Zodia Custody (Hong Kong) Limited (“Zodia Custody”) is a registered company in Hong Kong with company number 3318963 and its registered office address is 5/F, Manulife Place, 348 Kwun Tong Road, Kowloon, Hong Kong. Zodia Custody (Hong Kong) Limited is registered with the Companies Registry as a Trust and Company Service Provider, License Number TC009245, under the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Ordinance (AMLO), Cap. 615 in respect of its custodial activities in digital assets.
Singapore
Zodia Custody (Singapore) Pte Ltd is incorporated in Singapore with unique entity number 202339517D and its registered address at 9 Raffles Place, #26-01 Republic Plaza, Singapore 048619.
With the effect of the Payment Services Act (PSA) on the 4th April 2024, Zodia Custody (Singapore) Pte Ltd has notified the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) of its intention to apply for a Major Payments Institution license within the timeline set by the MAS.
