Re7 Capital Partners with Zodia Custody For On-Chain Investment Representation, Custody and Off-Exchange Settlement
Re7 Capital has partnered with Zodia Custody for custody and off-exchange settlement services, with custody infrastructure also supporting transparent on-chain representations of its BTC yield and market-neutral strategies
London, April 9, 2026 – Zodia Custody, the institution-first digital asset platform with shareholders and investors including Standard Chartered, Northern Trust, SBI Holdings, National Australia Bank, and Emirates NBD, today announced its partnership with Re7 Capital, a crypto-native investment firm, to use Zodia Custody’s Interchange networkfor custody services and off-exchange settlement. These custody services will also include support for transparent on-chain representations of investments in select Re7 funds, showcasing a growing convergence between secure digital asset custody and transparent on-chain investment vehicles.
Zodia Custody will support transparent on-chain representation of investments in Re7 Capital’s BTC Yield Strategy and Market Neutral Strategy, providing secure custody infrastructure for these fund interests. Eligible clients will be able to hold these within institutional-grade cold wallets, ensuring investor capital is protected. This demonstrates the rise in institutional demand for on-chain fund structures and alternative investment vehicles that do not compromise on security or operational rigour.
Alongside trusted custody services, Re7 will also utilise Zodia Custody’s off-exchange settlement platform Interchange, to ensure investor capital in their BTC yield strategy is protected. Re7 will be able to maintain assets within Zodia Custody’s segregated cold storage environment while accessing institutional liquidity solutions.
Through Interchange’s network of onboarded trading venues and lenders, Re7 can mirror assets in their Zodia Custody wallet, eliminating the need to pre-fund and enabling assets to be allocated across venues instantly, safely, and without delay or exposure. This helps support capital efficiency and operational resilience by reducing counterparty exposure.
Evgeny Gokhberg, Founder & Managing Partner at Re7 Capital, commented: “Institutional investors increasingly require infrastructure that allows them to access yield strategies and alternative investment vehicles while maintaining high standards of custody and risk management. Our partnership with Zodia Custody brings together secure asset protection and capital-efficient market access in a way that aligns with these evolving requirements.”
Anoosh Arevshatian, Chief Product Officer at Zodia Custody, added: “Interchange removes a structural barrier that has limited institutional participation in digital assets. When capital is deployed on an exchange, assets leave custody, and counterparty exposure is created. Interchange is designed to eliminate this. Through this partnership, Re7 can access deep liquidity across Interchange’s network, deploying capital at scale without assets ever leaving custody.”
