TCS BaNCS™ Adds Digital Asset Execution and Custody Integration with Zodia Solutions

London, 23 July, 2026 – Zodia Solutions, the institutional digital asset infrastructure platform, and Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), a global IT services and consulting firm, today announced an integration between the TCS BaNCS™ Global Securities Platform and the Zodia Solutions Platform to include a digital asset execution and custody capabilities.

The TCS BaNCS Global Securities Platform is a SWIFT-certified, scalable, integrated offering that serves the entire capital markets value chain. Used by leading custodians, investment banks, fund and asset managers, and brokers it helps firms deliver consistent customer experience and service level across markets. Its digital core enables businesses to turn data into actionable insights, KPIs and predictions. The platform supports multiple legal entities, languages, business lines, asset classes, markets, and geographics from a single application.

Banks using TCS BaNCS will be able to offer crypto and tokenised asset services to clients through their existing accounts, infrastructure, and settlement rails. Zodia Solutions provides the underlying digital asset wallet, settlement and orchestration infrastructure, which is deployed entirely within a bank’s own environment. The bank retains the private keys, the custodian relationship, and full governance over its digital asset operations.

The integration of Zodia Solutions on TCS BaNCS platform will bridge traditional settlement conventions with blockchain finality, allowing banks to service digital assets within the same operational framework as conventional asset classes on the platform. TCS BaNCS manages the complete transaction lifecycle, from order instruction to on-chain delivery and reconciliation.
